Classrom.GG respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid takedown notices.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on Classrom.GG without authorization, please send a written notice to contact@classrom.gg containing:

• Your full name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• The URL(s) on our site where the infringing material appears
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the infringing content within 48 hours
• Notify the person who posted the content
• Provide information about filing a counter-notice if applicable

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same contact address. We will restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

Classrom.GG reserves the right to terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
